Born from a Simple Conviction

CHARAVÉA was born from a simple conviction: who a girl becomes matters as much as what she achieves. It was developed from a desire to create a structured environment where girls receive guidance, encouragement, and practical tools for navigating the realities of growing up.

Through tailored mentorship pathways, we offer a steady anchor for young women as they transition through pivotal developmental stages.

Founder, CHARAVÉA Mentorship Academy

A Registered Specialist Nurse with nearly two decades of clinical, community and mentoring experience, Precious Omigie is passionate about empowering young women and supporting families. She is also the founder of Precious Foundation for Women, Children & Adolescents (PFWCA).

Drawing on her experience in nursing, mentoring and community development, she established CHARAVÉA to provide a structured space where girls can build character, confidence, resilience and purpose.
