Ages 17-20
The third stage of the CHARAVÉA journey is designed for young women aged 17–20 as they move towards greater independence, adulthood, professional life and personal responsibility.
This stage goes beyond identity and confidence. It focuses on real-life readiness — helping young women develop the knowledge, judgement, character and practical skills to make informed decisions and build a purposeful future.

Exploring independence, responsibility, personal values and becoming more intentional about decisions and the life she is building.

Understanding preventative healthcare, appointments, health information and how to confidently advocate for her own needs.
03 — Financial Literacy I: Budgeting & Money Management
Building practical skills around income, spending, budgeting, saving and responsible financial planning.
04 — Financial Literacy II: Credit, Wealth & Debt Management
Understanding credit, debt, financial risks, saving and the foundations of building a healthier financial future.

Recognising emotions, understanding emotional responses and learning healthy ways to respond.
06 — CONFIDENCE WITHOUT COMPARISON
Exploring self-worth, body image, social comparison and developing inner confidence.
07 — STRESS, PRESSURE & RESILIENCE
Understanding and managing school, social and personal pressures while developing resilience.
08 — MY BOUNDARIES, MY VOICE
Developing personal boundaries, assertive communication, safety awareness and knowing when to seek help.

MONTH 1 — ADULT IDENTITY & SELF-MANAGEMENT
09 — Adult Boundaries & Personal Safety
Understanding personal boundaries, safety, independence and recognising situations or relationships that may be unhealthy or unsafe.
10 — Navigating Dating, Partnership & Marriage
Exploring values, communication, compatibility, expectations and making thoughtful decisions about relationships and future partnership.
11 — Independent Living & Life Management
Developing practical adult skills including organisation, personal responsibilities, decision-making, time management and managing everyday life.
12 — Critical Thinking, Media Literacy & Civic Responsibility
Learning to evaluate information, recognise misinformation and manipulation, understand influence, engage thoughtfully with different perspectives and contribute responsibly to society.
MONTH 4 — FUTURE, LEADERSHIP & LEGACY
13 — Strategic 5-Year Life Plan & SWOT
Creating a realistic vision for the next five years while identifying strengths, challenges, opportunities and areas for development.
14 — Entrepreneurship, Side Ventures & Venture Pitching
Exploring entrepreneurship, identifying opportunities, developing ideas and learning how to communicate a simple business proposition with confidence.
15 — Mentorship, Leadership & Giving Back
Exploring leadership, mentorship, service and community contribution, while learning how to use personal influence responsibly and positively.
16 — Grand Commissioning & Legacy
Reflecting on the journey, affirming personal values, recognising growth and considering the contribution, influence and legacy she wants her life to have.
